Objective of Work Package : This WP aims to facilitate the scientific progress in the other WPs. The management will involve keeping tabs on the work progress and work plan and ensuring compliance with EU guidelines. At the same time, we aim to maximize the outreach impact of RAINFOREST by contributing to active dissemination in close collaboration with the other WPs. Our Exploitation & Dissemination plan balances stakeholder interests and the sustainability of our results.

Methodology : We will use a range of outreach channels (see also section 2 on Impact), including open access presentations, (recordings of) presentations, social media announcements, blog articles and workshops (online and in person). For coordination we use an efficient mix of classical methods and modern agile management; this will allow us to react quicker to developments in the state-of-the-art, unforeseen problems, and new ideas, without burdening the researchers with overly intricate management tools. NTNU will manage the project and has experience with doing so. NTNU will also set up a Data Management Plan and organize data archiving and publication through the scientifc data repository Zenodo (hosted by CERN and established through the European OpenAIRE project) within the Industrial Ecology and Sustainability Research community at https://zenodo.org/communities/indecol.

Output : A mix of scientific and non-scientific outputs, using in-person (e.g., presentations) and online (e.g., social media) tools. The outreach package for key recommendations is a joint deliverable between WP5 and 6. Data will be openly available under the FAIR principles on Zenodo.
